Vision Climbing will replace any hold that is found to be defective in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 3 years from the date of purchase.  Holds will be replaced with the same hold or with a similar hold to the original purchaser only.  This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal breakdown of materials or improper care including dropping, hitting, set screw insertion or over-tightening.  Immediately discontinue use if you find what you believe is a defective hold.  Return the hold with a copy of the original sales receipt and an explanation of the issue.   Note:  Warranty is void if damage is due to hold misuse, modifications or alterations.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Vision Climbing within 30 days to discuss your hold issues.  Please have your sales receipt on hand when you call.

There may be a 10% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.  20% may be applied to custom orders.

All returned holds must be in their original condition.  If a hold is to be returned, the customer has the option of an even exchange, an exchange for a similar hold or a complete refund.  A refund is at the discrepancy of Vision Climbing, Ltd.

Refused shipments may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and original shipping fees.
